What is Involved in an Obligation Free Consultation?
Step 1
Make an Appointment for Your Obligation Free Consultation.
Step 2
Your initial consultation is for us to meet, I will then explain how I work and what you should expect from your Feng Shui Analysis.
I will leave Information with you to discuss with your partners or family. I will then follow you up by phone a few days later to see if you would like to go ahead.
Step 3
If you decide to Go Ahead …… I will ask you to Provide:
A Scale Floor plan of your Home or Business Premises.
If Renovations or Extensions have been carried out, the Plans should clearly Show the Original Building and the Renovations.
The Year the Building was Built.
The Year in which Renovations or Extensions were Undertaken.
(This information is usually accessible from your Local Council or Lands Title Department).
The Date of Birth of all Occupants in a Home.
If for a Business, the Date of Birth of the Owner/Operator of the Business and 4 key personnel .
Step 4
I visit your Home or Business and Assess the Building, and its Surroundings.
I will take an Accurate Compass Reading to Determine the Direction at which your Building sits.
I Examine Your Home or Business Room by Room.
Placement of Furniture, Colours and Decoration.
I then take this Information and Prepare a Written Report and an updated floor plan for you to work on
This will be placed into a Folder with details of the Analysis findings, and Information on all Individuals.
Decorating and Design ideas to help you achieve your results will be in your Folder also.
Step 5
Findings from the Analysis will be Explained to you.
My Recommendations will be Provided in the Report. Additional help with Implementing the Recommendations can be Provided as a Separate Service should you wish.
This Consultation can take a little Longer than 2 hours.
A Follow up Consultation will be arranged with you after going through your Analysis. I then follow-up by phone or Skype over a 12 month period.
There is No Charge for the Follow up Consultations by Phone/Skype. If however you feel you require a personal visit there is an additional cost.
We are Available by Phone During Business Hours for Questions you may have during that 12 month period.
